FAQ's
How long will it take for my order to arrive? Please allow up to 5 working days for print deliveries, I'm a one-woman band and i'm still working full time so I really appreciate your patience! <3
Do you accept returns? As I am a small business passionate about minimising waste, all of my prints are made to order, so please note I do not accept returns or offer refunds for prints ordered in the incorrect size, prints that are no longer wanted and orders that are incorrectly addressed.
What happens if my order arrives damaged? Please reach out to the courier directly to raise a complaint. They’ll ask for your tracking number along with photos showing the damage. Once an order has been dispatched, I’m not able to control any delays or issues in transit, but do keep me posted if anything comes up and I’ll do my best to support where I can!
Do you accept post outside the UK?
Yes I do! Postage will be added at checkout and please be aware you may have import duties or taxes to pay.
